My delivery and expertise focused on: • Building communities on an Enterprise Social Network (ESN) foundation (such as Salesforce.com Chatter) and identifying custom use cases• Blueprinting processes and workflow for managing files & content • Enabling ESN communities to effectively access, contribute to, and leverage CRM data• Designing strategies for change management, user training, and adoption monitoring• Enabling organizations with communication tool sets and strategies for external social media monitoring and engagement and related social analytics (using platforms such as Radian6)In a previous role with Acumen Solutions I administered and supported the implementation of a pilot salesforce.com CRM instance for the General Services Administration. In this role I worked closely with the client’s end users, super users, management, and executives to configure and maintain CRM & communication processes and support their related systems. I managed and administered business solutions and configuration, end-user and super user training, system-related communications, and supported multi-system integration. Before becoming the system administrator, I was the salesforce.com configuration lead for the CRM pilot and I was responsible for creating objects and workflow, developing analytic strategies with reports and dashboards, assisting with discovery processes, application and use of Agile project and requirements management using the Scrum methodology, and providing general BA and salesforce.com administrative & configuration support.
