• Qualitative and quantitative research related to state and federal health policy reform (The Affordable Care Act), innovations in healthcare delivery and impacts on cost, quality and access• Develop and implement qualitative research strategies including defining research questions, creating logic models, drafting focus group and in-depth interview guides, conducting interviews and focus groups with a range of stakeholders, data analysis (NVivo), and translating findings into actionable recommendations• Expertise on public health and health policy topics including maternal and child health, reproductive and sexual health, and substance use disorder• Monitoring and evaluation of federally-funded demonstrations, including a $100 million effort to improve children's health quality and a $51 million effort to improve population health• Project management, employee training, and budget oversight• Data analysis and dissemination of findings to public and private audiences; presentations, issue briefs, and manuscripts
