• Responsible for a major project of changing our yarn supplier.• Responsible for all aspects of shade matching, this is crucial in the Contract Fabrics business. Ran all testing, sampling and formula adjustments, which were required to ensure no customer disruption.• Product Management - analyzed all products in the Contract and Decorative Fabrics Business to understand profitability and longevity of existing product lines.

Abbeville Plant / Elm City Plant

• Responsible for managing a 24/7 operation as well as scheduling the machines to meet the required shipping dates. Worked very closely with the Supply Chain team as well as the Process team. Managed a 4 shift team of about 36 associates in dyeing and roughly 60 in Finishing. • Started a new cut and sew operation for High-Performance wipes for 3M. This required travel to Sweden to commission the equipment before installing in the US.
