Harmonizing these elements has been crucial, ensuring our efforts effectively resonate with the populations we serve and pave the way for sustainable, systemic change.Achievements to date:🔷 Leading Rocky Mountain Partnership for 12 years, strengthening its core team through policy and resource alignment and shaping the Strive Together Theory of Action™, an evidence-based community framework for improving outcomes from cradle to career.🔷 Steering a 40-member coalition to raise third-grade reading proficiency from 26% to 30% in two years (2017-2019) and increase high school graduation rates by 8% (75% to 83%) over four years (2016 to 2020), matching Colorado’s state averages. 🔷 Managing a Canberra-based comprehensive youth service center, harmonizing federal and local systems, policies, and resources to uplift marginalized, indigenous, and LGBTQ+ populations. The role was built on my experience in the UK, enabling a globally informed strategy for integrated community support. I recently founded Bring About LLC, offering specialized coaching, strategic planning, and fractional services for social change leaders and entrepreneurs.
