Interim Director, Evening Mba (Previously: Associate Director Of Recruiting And Admissions)
I develop and manage marketing, recruitment, and admissions strategy for the #13 part-time MBA in the country. I hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of top performers (and awesome human beings!) who provide high-touch customer service to our current and prospective students. Our mission: find the elegant fit between what the Evening MBA has to offer and top working professionals considering going back to school. We use a zero-pressure approach. We’re here to help the right candidates find us, and help them navigate the admissions process. Our impact? In 2020-21, while university enrollment decreased due to Covid, my team and I secured >$1MM of new revenue by recruiting 24 additional dual degree students at no additional cost to the bottom line. We do it by listening carefully to the people we serve, building strong relationships with individuals and with partner organizations. We collaborate with our marcomms team to deliver customized messaging via social media, email campaigns, web content, group presentations, and 1:1 recruiting. We pay close attention to process improvement, increasing workflow efficiency without compromising the quality of our results. A recent big accomplishment? We've just adopted Salesforce, our first-ever CRM! I'm managing the adoption transition as end user, novice system admin, and executive sponsor.Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is one of my core values. In three years, my team has increased the number of new female MBA students by 67% and increased the number of new underrepresented minority students by 100%. From 2019-2020, I served as Founding Co-Chair of Kelley Indy’s schoolwide DEI Committee. I was selected for the 2019-2020 cohort of Next Generation 2.0, IUPUI’s emerging campus leaders program. In 2020, I won IUPUI’s Women’s Leadership Staff Award.
