For this reason, I am a visionary leader, speaker, mentor and wellness coach.My areas of expertise include soft skills competencies such as customer service, networking, interpersonal communication skills, leadership development and mentoring.I have been an educator for more than 45 years. My background includes working as a speech pathologist in the public school system, 1974 – 1995. I began my own company, Optimal Wellness, over 25 years ago where I service clients with Shaklee wellness products and personal coaching, and provide leadership training for my team of distributors nationwide. Specialties: Product education in areas of nutrition, weight management, skin care, non-toxic cleaners, air and water purification. In July 2019 I completed a 4 month mentoring experience, receiving certification by the Get Noticed Network Leadership Institute as a "GNN Lead Mentor and Coach". The GNN Leadership Institute is an online training and development course designed to help entrepreneurs and ministry leaders customize a business or ministry concept from from start to finish. The course is sponsored by Training by Design, LLC, Brenda Joyce Johnson, President.I facilitate my personal workshop, "Creating and Living Your Vision" in small group settings such as women church retreats, missionary groups, corporate sales teams, home business teams and business networking groups. The workshop will soon be offered online also.
