My deep experience included helping dozens of enterprises to select and implement an LXP, part of a modern learning ecosystem. I managed the digital learning transformation, created learning strategies to drive engagement. Customers included: HPE, HPI, Dell, Disney, Deloitte, PVH, ABInBev, PVH, PAEA, Thales, Wyndhamp, Mars, CHRISTUS Health, ANZ Bank, UBS Bank, SwissRe, American Family Insurance, Dannone, Texas Health Resources, WalMart and many more enterprises. We implemented successful learning ecosystems integrated with LMS, HRIS, content providers and internal sources. I developed webinars, spoke at conferences, provided workshops and consulting to drive significant success and engagement. As the learning strategist, trusted advisor and champion to F1000 enterprises, I partnered in both pre and post-sales environments to implement modern enterprise learning. I worked with CLOs to CHROs and all levels on corporate learning strategy and execution. I led the management of change consulting and workshops (virtual and face-to-face) for global customers and strengthened the learning performance and engagement and helped to create a learning culture. Additionally, I supported various partners on learning strategy and the role of a LxP. As the internal leader, I led our internal learning (Dean of EdCast) and researched trends in learning and strategy (using the EdCast platform and tools). Devised communications and advertising vehicles, trade show participation, and interactive customer solutions for web and print for clients:  MatrixOne – Created/executed a program to capture the Big Six Consultants mindshare; trained sales teams to sell MatrixOne using web-based tools. (PLM tools market)  Genesys Laboratories – Crafted marketing collateral for joint sales with Microsoft. (Software)  Maritz – Presented webinars to the technology sales force on how to manage high technology channels and how to target large organization needs in channels. Directed sales teams and marketing programs for remarketed computer products. Re-engineered pricing, product introductions, audit, field communication and inventory; managed communications, messaging and internal sales training. Reversed negative opinions of products and sales tactics.  Achieved 190% of quota. Increased revenue 65%, adding 2-tier and e-commerce channels.  Doubled sales channel revenue in year one and exceeded year two quota by 30%. Closed HP’s largest deal with Wal-Mart in collaboration with the Server Group.Managed other managers.
