We make EVs Battery, which is Lithium-ion batteries. I test pre-sample of mix active material, conductive auxiliary agents, polymer binders, and organic solvents together, slurry, and electrolyte and then approve the material before production can use it, by testing on ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy), Titration, PSD (Particle size Determination), and Tap Density.

Issues C of C, create CoC for customer, uploads documents, complied measurement data and standardized tests based on collected component material samples, completes PPAP, Gage R&R, Conducted tests on product samples and recorded results, layered Process Audits (LPA) or Checker, Audit documents for shipment, provide quality support to ensure all products met quality standards and customer requirements, complied inspection and test data in reports to document compliance with or deviation samples to standards and specifications by performing detailed measurements and Tests. Also, work in the lab, receives and examines samples of raw materials before certifying for production to use it.

Conducted tests on product samples, and recorded results, completed data capture forms, equipment’s logbooks, or inventory forms to support testing procedures, certify material with grade or acceptance status, notified manager of test or production issues, consulted with engineers to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems, and training newly hired employees.
