I currently serve as the Chief Legal Officer at Array, a leading provider of litigation support services, and I am the host of The Attorney Lounge, a podcast about life, law and business. In my role at Array, I oversee all legal, compliance and regulatory matters for the company, as well as strategic partnerships and corporate governance. I have extensive experience in litigation, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and intellectual property law, and have used this experience to advise clients across a range of industries.Alongside my time as Chief Legal Officer at Array, The Attorney Lounge became a dedicated pursuit of mine. I followed that with 20 years as the general counsel for four terrific organizations where I served as a trusted executive, offering practical and effective legal advice to boards and senior management teams. I have also built a deep network of trusted relationships across a variety of industries. I am also honored to have served on the Boards of a number of nonprofit organizations and participated as a member of various industry organizations over the years, including the Arizona Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel and TechGC.
