BSC Aviation Management and MSC Air Transport Management graduate looking to progress further into Aviation/Transport Management. Around 6 years in air transport working in different capacities and truly love the industry I work in. Areas in Air Transport that interest me are Sustainability and Environmental Protection, Analytics and Aerospace Policy. My career path has instilled a strong culture of lean management and kaizen driven improvements to aerospace safety, commercial sustainability and simplification of organisational complexity through technology and creative solutions. I am a champion of diversity and inclusion. It is an area that means a great deal to me. Having been diagnosed with Asperger's at a young age, I have seen my share of struggles with social constructs and societies perception of a complex and broad spectrum disorder, and now I am able to map my environments and utilise the unique way I see the world to add a specialised uniqueness to whatever business capacity I work in. I want to ensure that anyone who wants to engage in STEM activities has the opportunity and strive for a more diverse and inclusive aerospace sector. I have been fortunate to launch an ERG Pride@Airbus and engage with W.I.S.E (women in science and Engineering) and Interengineering South Wales. The gender bias in higher management in Aerospace is a disparity which I want to help bridge the gap by engaging young women into STEM. I did this at Airbus and will continue to do so.My ultimate goal is to work for a space institution and realise a life long ambition of being part of humanities journey to stars. Is there any higher calling? not for me. And i am going to use what skills I have, pushing sustainability, my unique vision of business/operations and diversity and inclusiveness to ensure those gifted a brilliant young minds of the future's voices are heard.Thank you
