An Experienced Development Professional having more than 10 years of experience in the field of Disability Inclusion, Youth engagement, Youth Club Development, Anti Drugs campaign, Disaster Management, Rural Development, Health, Women empowerment, Child Rights, Road Safety, Blood Donation,Project Management in Government, Non-Government Organizations. I have organised and assisted need-based Training and Development activities for young people of Himachal Pradesh with the approach of integrated sustainable development like Youth Leadership, Personality Development, Disability Inclusion and Life skill trainings. Presently I'm working as Program Manager in Samphia Foundation to create an inclusive world for children and people with diverse ability.I have been a part of National Youth Volunteer of NYKS Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Govt of India to establish a disciplined and dedicated group of youth at the village level and connect them with national building activities. Worked to reach the welfare schemes run by the Central and State Government to the people through various types of activities. I am passionate about learning and teaching, and I constantly seek new opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills.
