Hello!I’m a strategic thinker, dedicated to people and genuine impact, who has had the joy of working and learning across the community engagement, social enterprise, legal, finance and real estate spaces. I love:Financial Resilience – My new role as Financial Inclusion Project Officer (The Salvation Army) involves managing The Salvation Army’s national financial inclusion strategy, activities and impact measurement. I get excited about financial counselling, coaching, microfinance, investing and positive money mindsets and habits.Community Engagement – Design and delivery of workshops, presentations and events for more than 50,000 people in communities across Australia across a variety of topics such as youth homelessness, community engagement and leadership in my role as Territorial Salvos Schools Liaison at The Salvation Army. Project Delivery – Co-design and co-delivery of complex projects with unlike minded teams working with partners including local, state, and federal government, philanthropic, education, corporate, and not for profit through my role as NSW Director at YLab, a social enterprise by the Foundation for Young Australians. Measuring outcomes and impact storytelling – Also known as geeky. I’m all about gathering data, learning from data and bringing insights to life through stories and great content. I believe it’s important to know where we’ve been, where we’re going and to always stay curious.Empathy – I believe that how we treat the people we disagree with can say a lot about our character - It’s also becoming more important than ever to find different ways to bring divergent thinkers together in the hope of better understanding the challenges we face, creating informed, sustainable solutions and strengthening our communities.
