A keen person on hands on work, I ventured into Salesforce 3 years ago and since then, I have been doing a lot of user stories grooming, configuration, deployment including system administration and project delivery. Very proud of myself for grounding up a public customer experience portal full of beautiful content, with chat, case, FlexCards, and most importantly - with minimal coding ! I’m always learning. Currently I’m deepening my skills in automation, DevOps, OmniStudio and LWC.
