Manage and handle the cash / cheque transactions at the counter and ensure the delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to operational controls and avoiding cash excesses and shortages..•Controlling cash flow in & out branch treasury. •Excute domistic / international remittances for individual / corporate clients with high level of professionalism and accuracy.•Do the currency exchange from/to the local currency •Have a wide knowledge with the major / rare currencies with the security features for most of the currencies.•To meet all customers requirements related to their remittances, and solve any delay or abstraction. •Distribute Company services to new customers in order to introduce add-on services.•Accounts opening for our corresponding banks. And follow up with any issues might happen.•Handling the new staff training on the company software and oracle applications.•Open corporate files for companies, to enable them to use international remittances or exchange big amount of money.•Follow AML ( Anti Money Laundering) Rules while conducting any transaction, to assure error free until the remittance done successfully.•Handle customer’s issue over phone with the concerning department.•Cold calling potential clients via telephone or personal visit.Have a professional style of communication & ability to build rapport with prospective customers.•Open WPS accounts to able the companies to deposit/withdraw salaries along with UAECB rules.
