Hi! My name is Brittany and I identify myself as she/her. My favorite title is "Mom" before all, but I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), artist, Real Estate Agent, and Psychology student on the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) track. Throughout my journey in life, my job interests have flowed through Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, etc. However, I have always wanted to help people throughout my life, but I didn't know what it was like to help children who can't advocate for themselves until my daughter was born. Having 15+ years experience working, this experience is the one that gave me clarity on exactly what I wanted to do as a career, which is where ABA comes into play. Being an RBT has been so rewarding for me. I get to help individuals with different challenges EVERY SINGLE DAY and it brings me so much joy! It truly melts my heart when I see the changes, even the smallest ones. I'm proud to know that my work makes a difference. That is why I am working towards my Bachelor's in Psychology so I can continue to make a difference at a higher level.
