I am responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customers’ specifications and business needs. I work with Sales and Technical teams to develop High Level Design, Statement of Work, Bill of Quantity, and Acceptance Criteria documents. I work as lead Solution Architect to deliver the project in execution and handover phase.• Assess customer business and technical requirements, define scope and provide estimates for solutions• Connecting business needs with technology solutions powered by applications• Review, understand and evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, impacts, risks and recommendations• Defines application and system architecture based on business requirements• Define architecture approach to develop features, creating technical diagrams such as class diagram, sequence diagram, component diagram and message diagram, detailing application architecture approach to the development team• Plan and facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies, including Stand Ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming and Story Grooming• Leading a team in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of telecom applications• Developing Solution Implementation Time plan and Managing Project Financials• Developing Agile Delivery Strategies to manage scope change or improve business process• Lead the response to RFPs/RFIs and produce documentation to support recommended solutions• Ensures effective, accurate, appropriate and timely delivery within cross-functional teams to achieve key program objectives• Describes acceptance criteria and defines billable acceptance milestones for the proposed solution and ensures acceptance activities are limited to the Statement of Work Show less
