Trained engineering & operations team on WellView & Landmark Software.Key Achievements:- Developed and implemented software solution to expedite offset well studies. Developed Python program to automatically gather data from 14 thousand DDR files, create a SQL database and QC data. - Automated bit records generation for over two thousand bit runs. Performed exploratory data analysis on offset well data. - Developed a web application using Python, Django, MySQL, and Plotly/Dash to analyze and visualize offset well data.- Initiated a campaign to develop courses and train engineering and operations teams on “Bit and BHA damage documentation and Forensics”, “Step tests based on MSE”, and “BHA design to prevent differential stuck” based on IADC drilling manual. Persuaded the management and the team to implement these instructions, for the first time in the company.

- Managed the directional drilling operations of 2 simultaneous jobs in South Azadegan oilfield. Coordinated and provided consultancy to field crew 24/7. Successfully drilled 5 horizontal wells (14 hole-sections), 12.25”, 8.5” & 6.125” hole sizes.- Coordinated between client’s engineering & geology team, and field personnel to define and reach geo-steering targets. Optimized 6 1/8” BHAs for horizontal section which decreased slide interval & increased ROP.- Managed well planning and directional drilling operations in South Pars Phase 11 project. Optimized trajectory & survey program, reduced collision risk, optimized BHAs & reduced number of BHA runs for 12 wells drilled from a single offshore platform, saving about $300k for the client.- Prepared Trajectory, BHA, hydraulic, T&D & anti-collision, bit, and End of Well reports. Monitored drilling KPIs.Key Achievements:- Developed courses and trained engineering and operations teams, and client personnel on well design, Landmark software & WellView. Acted as company’s SME for Landmark software & Wellview.- Conducted market study, competition study and cost/price estimation for South Azadegan oilfield tender, which resulted in winning the project. This helped the company to penetrate into the onshore market (previous experience was only offshore). Did the same for South Pars Phase 11 project (one of the most important national offshore projects) which resulted in winning the project.- Initiated & managed a project to calculate the cost of directional drilling service for the company. This helped the marketing team to make a data-driven, cost-plus price calculation for bids.

• Responsible for directional drilling operations as well as sidetrack jobs in several offshore oil and gas fields such as South Pars, Dorood, Foroozan oilfields. 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off schedule.• Prepared daily rig-site reports, hydraulic, torque and drag and anti-collision reports.• Observation and control of drilling parameters to extend BHA life and increase the drilling ROP.• Provide consultancy to company man for bit and nozzle selection. Assemble BHA according to company’s procedures. • Maintain inventory of equipment on location to ensure all equipment are ready for job.• Performed QHSE reviews and ensured operations confirmed to company’s QHSE standards and procedures.• Train new hires on all aspects of the directional drilling service.

- Helped coordinating the directional drilling operations for up to 4 simultaneous jobs, in South Azadegan onshore oil field. Successfully drilling 12 directional and horizontal wells comprised of 26 sections, 17.5”, 12.25”, 8.5”, 6.125” hole sizes.- Prepared Trajectory, BHA proposal, hydraulic, T&D, anti-collision, bit reports and end-of-well reports.- Attended Client’s morning operation meetings. Liaised with client drilling engineers and G&G to reach geo-steering targets.- Prepared technical documents for submission in tenders. Contract negotiation with contractors. Reviewed/controlled contractor’s invoices. Submission to and following the invoices from client.

• Performed directional and horizontal drilling, in South Azadegan, Parsi, West Paydar, Kish Island and South Pars oilfields.• Excellent rig-site reporting and client communication skills.
