supplier developing, evaluation ,RFQ, negotiating and making sample for approving, mass production tracing . Materials involve plastic injection, extrusion, metal stamping and extrusion and alloy coasting, and plastic and metal parts surface treatment, hardware standard parts and(outside and inside) packing parts.

Responsible for metal and silicon press parts; injection mode parts, cable line ; FFC, FPC ,and PCB、packing parts ,in this period：1. Develop and manage new supplier of all connector, cable, PCB, metal and rubber parts and do initial study and evaluation .Lead engineer and quality colleagues to survey it.2. Pursue the quotation of new components, and negotiate with suppliers. 3. Based on forecast and vendor’s capacity, work out the schedule of phase in the second source.4. Follow the process of fabricating new tooling and review tooling monthly.5. Releasing order to vendors according to MRP, get confirmation from vendors about the due date and quantity.6. Co-operating with vendors and customs, arrange the material plan and flow( pull in or pull out according to customers requirement).7. According the lead time of production and transportation, release order and keep the minimum safety stock.8. Searching for raw material sources and market information and report to director.9. Planning the annual and quarter cost reduction. 10. Monitor raw material marketing diversification and respond it.11. Production cost analysis and cost reduction propose suggestion.12. Cooperate with Eng., QA. Department for supplier’s quality, capacity and financial assurance13. Negotiate with suppliers to pursue the lower price, good quality and good service.14. Quality audit monthly, and solve quality problem, be sure suppliers’ quality system are effective .their real performance and controlling plan are good.
