• Led a study for the improvement of inherent safety systems at the manufacturing facility and reduced the risk of human error in the process.• Performed first-ever Risk-based PHA of Urea plant based on LOPA technique.• Responsible for the safe and smooth operation of the urea complex based on TOYO design with a total manning of 7 people reporting directly to me per operation shift.• Responsible for daily analysis and optimization of plant parameters.• Leading responsibility for LIs for the urea production unit including stewardship of safety meetings, training, and other indicators.• Responsible for training engineers and field operators through regular reviews and technical training sessions held on a weekly and monthly basis.• Responsible for data analysis of day-to-day activities and reporting any anomaly to the plant manager with possible solutions.
