Relationship / Partnership Management • Act as the NSO primary point of contact for HPSNZ support to ensure the effective, efficient and integrated engagement of HPSNZ people that impact NSO’s, coaches and athlete’s performance.• In partnership with assigned NSO, lead the recruitment process and the individual APS sport specific performance review and management process.• In partnership with the NSO and Head of Disciplines, manage the welfare and sport specific development of APS people for sustainability.Strategic Agility• Approve APS support allocation (roles, people, time and commitment) into assigned NSOs, aligned with prioritized NSO needs, HPSNZ strategy, and investment and in partnership with Head of Disciplines.• Consult on quality assurance of best practice standards within assigned NSO, with particularly review processes, role clarity, delivery strategies, annual commitments, collaboration and performance management.Change Leadership • Work closely with NSOs to problem solve, address disruptions and lead change within a NSO context to meet the agreed performance objectives of the programme/campaigns.• Lead fast and effective problem solving when managing APS internal or external issues.

Athlete/ Relationship Management • Primary point of contact for the delivery of personalized on-site performance support — medical, biomechanics, nutrition, strength and conditioning and sport psych — for over 220 USATF athletes across the United States Project Management• Develop and execute performance strategy initiatives involving 300 athletes, 80 agents, 150 coaches, and 15 sponsors• Manage all stages of project management life cycle, from conception to monitoring and close, for 1.5 million USD/year of sport science and medicine programing, among the largest such USOC funded NGB allocation in the US• Built a comprehensive digital sports information and performance management platform; sourced contractors, created new products, and provided an unprecedented level of ROI analysis and reporting for USATF• Conducted the first open request for proposal for sport performance initiatives for a US NSO/NGB Sports Medicine Highlight• Established a program to protect the health of medal potential athletes by providing medical and performance services to top tier athletes traveling on the premiere athletics leagues in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East• Personally created temporary performance bases in 2015/2016 in Lausanne, Paris, Madrid, Monaco, London, Stockholm, Shanghai, Doha, Rabat, Oslo, Birmingham, Rome, Tokyo, Beijing, Zurich, and Brussels Sport Science Highlight• Conducted 600 days (2011-2016) of on location (local to athlete) biomechanics and performance medical evaluations with global leaders in the analysis of specific disciplines such as Dr. Ralph Mann and the sprints and hurdles

Organized coaches, athletes, and sport science/medicine staff from 17 Olympic sports in designing and executing recovery programs for national teams and individuals at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training CenterManaged a group of performance health practitioners and their work with 260 OTC Resident and Olympic athletes. Complete facility management duties; from scheduling and billing to equipment maintenance and purchase.
