I began my venture into the Cannabis industry in 2013 as a concentrates packager. As my passion for the industry grew, my curiosities of compliancy did as well. This curiosity is the driving force which pushed me to work where I now am now, METRC Manager.As METRC Manager, I have developed a highly organized program which ensures accuracy and compliancy at all times. I have meticulously included every step and rule into this Cultivation program and am currently working on an equally articulate MIP METRC Program. On a daily basis I maintain an accurate and compliant METRC inventory of all OPC plants and MIP products in real time as processes occur, maintain and enforce full compliance with all laws and regulation pertinent to cannabis cultivation including but not limited to: those of MED, CDA, EPA, and OSHA.I have a particular knack for METRC audits. I have created a system to find errors and perform warehouse-wide audits using METRC forensics to investigate indiscretions. I collect, organize, and input data from flower room Information Packets into analytical excel spreadsheets, fill out a warehouse-wide plant inventory spreadsheets in real time as processes occur. I also communicate with staff on a regular basis on METRC compliancy as well plant conditions, locations, and counts. I create grow staff schedules and track grow staff absences, keeping accurate and organized records. Ensure METRC compliancy at all costs following correct procedure in submitting support tickets if a mistake is made. I maintain METRC plant tag inventory and place tag orders. I am adamant to stay current on changing compliance regulations and ensure that all compliance rules are being followed thoroughly.I have proficient computer knowledge and perform various IT duties when needed.
