In my current position as Senior Director, Contracts and Programs, I am responsible for managing the Company contract process for Suppliers and Sales Partners; managing the Contracts Management team, and participating in the development and implementation of programs across the organization.

Responsible for the process of bringing on new Suppliers, managing Supplier contracts, and programs; facilitating cross-departmental processes, interactions, and communications. Participate with the technology development team for system and tool development.

Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and managing the department that has the responsibility of being the primary point of contact for Intelisys’ 100+ supplier partners, with monthly billings in excess of 44 million dollars. My department is responsible for managing the overall relationship and supplier activities, and successfully maintaining and improving the health of the relationship between Intelisys and our Supplier Partners (CenturyLink, Level 3, Sprint, Windstream, XO, etc.). Responsible for the implementation of revenue driving programs and business plans to help grow our book of business with our top Supplier partners.

Primary point of contact for Intelisys’ most important supplier partners; responsible for managing the overall relationship and supplier activities, and successfully maintaining and improving the health of the relationship between Intelisys and supplier partners. Responsible for management of programs to retain and grow the billing revenue of more than eleven million dollars emanating from the twenty supplier relationships I managed directly. Conduct partnership reviews and build account plans with performance strategies, objectives, and measurements. Responsible for marketing and communication activities within the Intelisys community including: positioning of suppliers and products (value proposition and market position), product and pricing announcements, promotion and incentive announcements, messaging, and web content.

Manage Agent Support and Agent Development Departments. Conceptualize, propose, develop and launch the Agent Development Department. Train and develop a national network of independent sales agents in products, processes, and procedures relevant to the Intelisys suppliers with the objective of integrating new agents into the portfolio of suppliers and internal support structures. Created training materials and provide technical and product training. Interact with new agents as a point of reference for support and best-fit scenarios for sales activities.
