General Responsibilities -Maintain day to day operations through solution based problem solving and plan development for program growth. -DEP Continuity of Operations Planning Coordinator; serves as the agency’s lead for Continuity projects and their development, coordination, and maintenance. -Emergency Support Function (ESF) 10 Hazardous Materials; Planning Liaison: developing Action Plans and conducting mission-oriented analyses. Additionally, conducts annual assessment for developing operational program solutions. State Declared Activations Worked:-Tropical Storm Erika (2015)-Tropical Storm Colin (2016)-Hurricane Hermine (2016)-Hurricane Matthew (2016)-Hurricane Irma (2017) -Sub-Tropical Storm Alberto (2018)Activation Responsibilities-Create and distribute a twice-a-daily Situational Report to both FL DEP and FL DEM-Formalize and manage multiple Resource Request Forms (RRF’s) for the USCG, EPA, and Strike Teams for beach and hazardous damage assessments.-Collect impact assessment and damage assessment information from various jurisdictions within the area of operation. This information will be coordinated with the State Emergency Operation Center.-Assist State EOC Planning Section with the development of the incident specific Incident Action Plan. -Assess incoming information (situation reports, conference calls, EMConstellation, planning meetings, county updates, etc.) to identify needs and deploy specialized resources.-Create After Action Reports and Improvement Plans for both ESF 10 and the State.

Greater Denver Area

-Led and coordinated teams of individuals in different departments and roles to complete recovery and mitigation type projects within FEMA. -Compile information from each team in multiple FEMA offices and produce a daily accountability and ops report while providing assistance using weekly briefs.-Worked with FEMA Donations Management, Voluntary Agency Liaisons, and National Association of State Donation and Volunteer Coordinators (NASDoVoC) on efficiency and productivity implementations as well as web design and daily operational tasks.-Collaborated with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol on the Unidentified Children Mission through data monitoring field operations.-Planned and expedite professional development activities and training for FEMA Corps staff.-Worked extensively with data sharing networking programs such as SharePoint and WebEOC.
