Currently, I am working as Chief Executive Officer of Brick Products Processing Sh. Co.. As an Advisor to the President of Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, I have exhibited high commitment for leadership and change and retain its constancy of purpose so that I have proved competent. I have a very good experience in forming work team and maintain cooperation among team members and coordination of their work. My communication (Verbal and Written) is commendable. I promote two-way communication, give-and-take conversation, and building strong interpersonal relationship with employees in various recruitment and selection panels. I have the skill of effective negotiation with the Labor Union representing the management team over roles and resources. My experience thought me to have a competent self-management on integrity and ethical conduct, personal drive and resilience, self-awareness & development. I understand organizations very fast so that I can easily adapt and take actions. I have the experience of planning and organizing projects, team management, budgeting and financial management. When I was Manager of Branches, I have worked on procurements & contract management, which are necessary of the Branches’ operation. The responsibility as District Manager of fourteen branches and Director –HRD added the range and amount of my involvement on procurement, contract management and disposal of old assets. As a banker I worked on financial management in the branches and District Office and I am also qualified with and practitioner of HRM.
