I am a Partner at KPMG in Spain and lead our Corporate Services Transformation business in Consulting Corporates. I have more than 25 years of experience in improving and digitalizing the backoffice functions, and assessing Companies across different industries to perform an end to end and succesful transformational approach. The Corporate Services Transformation team in KPMG Spain is formed by more tan 100 people. I count on a multidisciplinary team focused on the design and development of new solutions to help our clients accelerating their transformation in the current context of digital disruption and business models evolution. My role leading this team is to integrate different functional and technical skills & capabilities across Backoffice Functions, Finance, HR, and Procurement, combined with specialists in the adoption of new operating models (Digital Global Business Services) and experts in Change Management.As we are also part of the Global Team of KPMG in every functional area, we have access to the knowledge of global best practices and trends that provide and interesting aspirational input in the discussions with our clients before starting their transformation journey.
