• Leading a team of three product specialists and a content specialist responsible for web content creation for Sony Europe, Sony Latin America and Sony USA of Digital Imaging category. • Team Management for both Digital Imaging category and Global Web Transformation Project. Assigning tasks, budgeting, resource planning for all projects across the department, invoicing and managing HR activities• Supporting the transition of the new global content platforms like Salesforce, CMS, PIM by working with UX Teams, • Planning and organizing new product launches with e-content, e-commerce, internal and external agencies, Tokyo HQ Business Units and brand activation centers. • Keeping up the responsibilities of Sony Global Web Transformation Project which is re-creating all e-content of Sony websites and working as a team leader in content creation processes for all Waves.Country UX Manager and Agency Coordinator in Global Web Transformation Project (June 2013 to October 2014) • Responsible for a yearly budget of 1.4 Million Euros to create efficient launch management processes. • Leading a team of seventeen, ensuring the work process, timelines and performance of a third party company which is responsible for content creation of the GWT Project • Coordinating the communication between the creative agency and Sony internal e-content department in EU, US and Latin America.• Running User Experience Tests on the new global website and share feedbacks to increase performance and maintaining the readiness user journey, suggesting solutions to User Experience team to create a better journey for end users.• Following up and coordination on of all digital content creation with global agencies and briefing related parties for content creation • Coordinating data and platform delivery from external partners like creative agencies and voice of customer groups
