Epworth is one of the largest not for profit healthcare organisations, with 11 sites across Melbourne and leading the way in diagnosis, clinical treatment, and rehabilitation for patients. - Liaise with nursing staff to establish the schedule for patient pickup for endoscopy and all stock and necessary equipment is available at all times. - Communicating with patients ensuring they are comfortable and at ease while they are being transported to - Efficiently completing discharge cleans to ensure that they are nursing staff or patients are not waiting for the room. Ensuring the best service provision for the patients.

Cabrini is a Catholic not-for-profit healthcare provider, where I completed my final full time placement in the acute setting- Completing initial and functional assessments to determine patients’ home and social environments and current level of function to establish level of safety for discharge. - Equipment prescription and organisation of services.- Completed of handovers and referrals to various organisations.- Conducted Visual and upper limb assessments and retraining to increase functioning. - Discussion in multi-disciplinary meetings to establish next steps for patients and discharge planning.- Managed my own caseload

Mobility and Accessibility for Children and Adults (MACA) is a not-for-profit organisation, focused improving the level of safe transport for both children and adults with disabilities or medical conditions. Where I completed my PCP Project placement as a project manager- Project management for the development of behavioural strategy guidelines for children with display behaviours of concern during transport.- Occupational Therapy, Person, Environment, and Occupation model as the foundation of the guidelines. - Development of various project management skills were developed to enable the coordination between various sections of MACA to ensure the guidelines were of the highest quality for ensure occupational justice for children who display behaviours of concern whilst participating in the occupation of car travel.

Subacute rehabilitation placement, - Completed initial assessments to determine patient’s occupational performance issues and determine goals. - Conducted personal care and domestic activities of daily living assessments to determine client’s level of independence and safety associated to personal care and domestic light meal preparation. - Provided patients with education associated with falls prevention, energy conservation and upper limb dressing to aid in patient’s safety and independence upon discharge.

During COVID, I experienced simulated placement, which gave me such an insight into telehealth and how to complete various occupational therapy interventions and assessments via telehealth.

Yooralla is one of the largest not-for-profit disability sector organisations. Offering in house disability support works to enable people with disabilities to live independently in the community in modified residential housing to meet their needs. - Administered occupational therapy assessment tool of the OSA to determine client’s Occupational performance issues and goals. - Working cooperatively with clients to develop client centred SMART goals. - Written various Assistive technology and home modification NDIS reports. - Written formal reports and application for a community garden in the residential housing to increase community interaction.
