As an Adjunct Notary Public Instructor I am able to teach in-person and online notary public and electronic notary public classes for 58 community colleges. In the position of a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I help North Carolinians with facilitating the signing of their real estate loans. I’m passionate about helping the elderly and disabled and offer a mobile notary service to those who need it most. From mortgage brokers to attorneys, I can help professionals close more deals! I am unable to give you legal advice, but I am happy to give you educational and life advice based on my experience. As a notary trainer, I offer continuing education classes for other notaries public statewide in-person and online. I offer a mentoring program to other commissioned notaries as well as in-person confidence training for certified notary signing agents of North Carolina. I've been expressing myself artistically since I was young. My business started in 1991 when my high school classmates began asking me to create portraits, cartoons, and designs for their clothing and greeting cards. This led to my becoming licensed in 1999 in Charlotte, North Carolina. I love illustrating faces. From digital or printed photographs, I create hand-drawn portraits that become family treasures.
