We are commissioned as a general notary public, electronic notary, and notary signing agent to assist with real estate loan closings. We offer additional training for NC notaries that cover more details of performing (GNW) general notary work, performing (EVN) emergency video notary with using a webcam (based on the guidelines of the pandemic), creating a business for all expects of notary work including being a confident notary signing agent in all 100 NC counties. We stay up-to-date with the NC Secretary of State Notary Division. Becoming a (RON) remote online notary is coming soon per our Secretary of State, Elaine Marshall's newsletter!! We partner with real estate closing attorneys to assist in the mobile assistance of helping them complete the process.
