I recently graduated with a M.S. in Technical Communication with a 4.0 GPA. As a TA, I taught 3 sections of ENG 332 (Communication for Business and Management), each section containing 22 students. In addition, I worked as a part-time intern with Sensus, a Xylem brand. For my capstone project, I redesigned training documentation for a local toy store to create a learner-centric and efficient training process. Do justify my decision making, I utilized three frameworks: social learning theory as it is discussed in instructional design, enhancing the use of technology (specifically, a LMS, online tools, and user interface), and the three work patterns of a technical communicator (stating we user advocates, information designers, and stewards of writing activity within organizations). As a result, my deliverables included the following: a Google Classroom including many tutorial videos posted on YouTube, a Letter of Transmittal, a Style Guide, a Management Checklist, and an Experience Repoty
