As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, I offer Tier II support to home-based agents for multiple clients via CMS and live remote viewing.
I've had the opportunity to work with groups of outsourced call center agents in variousareas within the company. As an Onboarding Specialist, I've led, coordinated, and completed IT setups which involve installing client proprietary software on agent computers and troubleshooting multiple issues that are incurred when working on various operating systems.
In this capacity I ensured that a group of 60 outsourced call center agents weremeeting client expectations for their corresponding program. Focus was placed on softskills, adjustments required by the operations team, as well as client particulars. Leadweekly Q&A sessions with focus placed on current call trends. Provided one on onefeedback to individuals.
