Assuring that all qualified students are approved and entered to the McKinney Vento list, ordering and distributing supplies to all qualified students, ordering and keeping inventory of supplies. Also responsible for all updates, and assisting on local and state reports.

Director of Nutrition Services at Crystal City ISD, including but not limited to; budgeting, purchasing, bid proposals, recommendations for hiring, employee schedules and duties, inventory, preparing menus, cooking, testing and converting popular recipes to low fat low sugar to meet state nutrition requirements, training employees on proper food handling and safety, accounting, and most things deemed necessary to operate a successful nutrition program.
