- During the 2021-2022 school year, served as Consultant for 12 Florida public schools using the ACALETICS program. All 12 schools increased in Math Achievement, between 2021 and 202, as measured by the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) and 11 out of 12 schools increased in Math Learning Gains. - Three (3) of the 12 schools were rated D or below in the state of Florida in 2021; all schools went up to C-rated schools in 2022.- Monitor Consultants’ client performance throughout the school year, as measured by organization’s progress monitoring processes.- Launched and manage the organization’s social media initiatives on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.- Create and oversee all employee development initiatives for the company including the initiation and an ongoing monitoring of a coaching program to support new, and need improvement, Consultants.- Represent the organization at national conferences and speaking engagements multiple times a year.- Serve as project director, as it relates to Consultant activities, for the organization.

- Developed and managed Human Resources projects for the newly established merger including its Tuition Assistance Program, Influenza Vaccine Compliance Program, Employee Relations Compliance Phone Hotline.- Oversaw and supported processes including Form I-9/E-Verify, talent acquisition post-offer system, and daily new hire/termination report.
