As part of building the infrastructure at Visalus, I implemented the upgrade to ERP system. Results: 6 months, on time, on budget. Results: lot tracking, inventory demand planning and real-time updates from 3PLs.• As Director, Worldwide Reporting. I replaced the 800+ monthly reports with 30 automated. Result: 1 employee generates the same information in 1 day that a team of 8-10 did previously.• Responsible for strategy, identification and analysis of opportunities of the company’s compensation/marketing plan for Promoters/Distributors. Analysis included determining incremental impact, long-term viability and alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives. As a result, 8 changes were made to the compensation plan over 2 years.• As head of Event Sales, I doubled the average sales of each attendee, a result of new event promotions I developed to tie event attendees with a social aspect to allow sharing with customers.
