Werthein holding - Experta insurancesI was part of an e-commerce and CRM project (B2B and B2C) under the agile SCRUM methodology.I devised the Information Architecture, built the Design System, made responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile. La SerenisimaI participated in a project from scratch for La Serenisima, which was an internal catalog and its backoffice. I made the information architecture, userflow, low, medium and high wireframes, functional prototypes, UI design applying Spectrum Design System. After the favorable results of the first version of the La Serenisima product catalog project, I was part of the second version where I designed improvements and new features for the platform.I collaborated on another project, also for La Serenisima, where I was in charge of the UX and UI redesign of the supplier portal (provider, internal user and backoffice views). I used heuristics to improve navigability and findability within the platform and increased accessibility. HR App PrototypeI participated in a prototype for an app for the HR area where I designed low-medium wireframes of a platform that shows relevant information from employees and company processes to the Human Resources area.
