In 2019 I co-founded Nextscale, a digital innovation consultancy focused on creating innovative software products, I developed in several projects but my focus was in being product manager and technical leader, where I motivate the team to excel, to work with agility and guide them in building products thought in the real needs of the end user.I can highlight the achievements:- I was the product manager and participated as a Laravel, Vue and Electron developer of a SASS system in the cloud for businesses, which serves more than 20 businesses, which have registered more than 84,000 sales in less than 10 months.- As a product manager and as a developer, I successfully completed around 12 projects over 2 years.- I faced different types of challenges that required me to motivate the team to get out of their comfort zone and work with new technologies, Scrappers, payment gateways, REST and SOAP services, and different types of architectures such as micro-services. - I trained 5 developers in technologies such as Laravel, Vue, Node and React Native that I had the opportunity to work with.In order to develop an amazing product from start to finish, we employed a 5-stage methodology.‣ 🎯 Alignment, where we understand the business objectives and product focus.‣ 🧭 Exploration, where we research users, validate hypotheses and find insights.‣ 🎨 Design, where based on the data obtained we design an amazing product.‣ ⚙️ Development, where our professional team will develop the product in the best possible way.‣ 🚀 Launch!, where finally the product is ready to impact 💣.The company seeks to be a company at the forefront of technology that through innovation creates and collaborates with projects that contribute to sustainable development goals 🌍!!!.

In 2016 I co-founded Cell Games, an independent video game company that appealed to gamers looking for adventures with emergent mechanics and complex/dynamic rules that challenged their creativity and problem solving skills.During my time at Cell Games, I was the lead developer, so I faced all kinds of challenges as a developer and designed solutions that I wouldn't have been able to do without the knowledge of both web development and game development, such as:- Designing and developing an online ranking system.- Designing and developing an authentication and user registration system for the Cell Games platform to centralize the data of all our games.- Design and develop a saving system in the cloud.The technologies I used to achieve this were Laravel, PHP, JQuery, Bootstrap, Maria DB and Game Maker Studio to name a few.During this period I also had my first approaches to what it was like to manage a small team and the challenges faced by an entrepreneur bootstrapping, currently this project is paused but I'm looking forward to resume it someday! 😼.
