As a senior aide at the White House Office of Management and Budget, I serve as the Biden Administration’s principal representative to the United States Congress on federal spending matters. In this role, I provide strategic counsel to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), White House senior staff, and agency officials to advance the Administration’s core priorities.As an experienced negotiator, I successfully facilitated bipartisan agreements with Congressional leadership, resulting in the passage of three $1.6 trillion omnibus appropriations bills and 11 emergency supplemental bills that allocated nearly $300 billion for national security and natural disaster relief. Additionally, I advise the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs on Congressional considerations related to rulemaking and regulatory processes.
