- Responsible for driving Sales and Customer Support- Lead roadmap prioritization for product, automation, and insights workflow- Lead data analysis focusing on improving customer experience

- Strategise and develop policies for Singapore’s investments in economic development- Work with XFN partners in various government departments on areas ranging from investment promotion, growing local firms, to upskilling/reskilling workers.- Lead policy development surrounding productivity and internationalisation.- Develop partnerships with private sector players in equity financing and project financing.
