As an Associate II at Freddie Mac, I am a key member of the Enterprise Logging and Monitoring Team, responsible for supporting the organization's critical infrastructure using the Elastic (ELK) application stack. In this role, I leverage my expertise in data analysis and IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the Elastic application, particularly focusing on the frontend aspects such as Kibana. My responsibilities include responding to help tickets via JIRA and assisting users with issues related to data visualization and analysis in Kibana. I actively collaborate with team members to develop and maintain dashboards, create ingest pipelines, and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize the performance of the Elastic stack. Through my proactive approach and dedication to delivering high-quality support, I contribute to the effective utilization of enterprise applications, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.

Created and maintained the internal documentation for the Virginia Tech community regarding the following enterprise services: Microsoft, Google, and Slack. Created and maintained business logic and technical workflows for service requests form the Virginia Tech community of the Division of IT.

Worked with a group of interns learning about the different departments of the business culminating in a final project. The final project involved researching operations during the beginning months of COVID-19 and providing suggestions to the business based on the findings. The internship took place entirely online and the majority of the work force was working from home due to COVID-19.

Worked as a team using SQL to search company databases for various financial factors to better organize internal information within Salesforce and Box. Provided analytical support to the wealth management division. Built Computers.
