Dramatically improved a simulation of the Scottish Shelf Waters, an FVCOM un-structured model. Actively developed the Python FVCOM processing library PyFVCOM (dev branch), a collaborative GitLab. Ran particle simulations for biological connectivity in coastal regions with PyLag.

Worked on a broad range of projects where my responsibilities included carryingout statistical analysis of historical weather data and wave reanalysis data. Built and validated multiple ocean (ROMS) and wave (SWAN) simulations in tidal, coastal regions. Constructed bathymetry, land-sea masks and forcing files for simulations. Performed analysis for marine renewable resource assessment.
