Hi, I’m Ben!I’m proud to lead The Safeguarding Group - working with organisations big and small on all things Safeguarding, Behaviour and Welfare Leadership.Personally, I’m a teacher, consultant and trainer with a focus on humanism, behavioural change and (unsurprisingly) safeguarding.I specialise in understanding where behavioural challenges and vulnerability emerge from (both individually and organisationally) and how our actions as professionals or managers can dramatically affect this.I’m available for discussions and consultations on behaviour, safeguarding and barriers to learning across all levels of education. I am also available to consult/train on organisational change management and cultural transformation.I’d love to connect and meet new likeminded professionals.
