Leading AMR performance projects has been a significant part of my responsibilities. This includes coordinating with various departments and third-party companies, effective project management is essential to minimize disruptions and achieve project goals. This role has needed a deep understanding of metering technologies, customer service, and project management. The role has allowed me to contribute to significant improvements in our operational efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction. Each project has supplied valuable lessons and resulted in a positive outcome.

Corporate account manager, this was initially a 12-month contract however this was extended due to exemplary performance. Over the years, I have honed my ability to manage and grow key accounts, ensuring that each client's needs are met with precision and efficiency. My primary responsibility has been to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular calls and updates, intern building rapport. I function as the main point of contact, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved. Developing and implementing account strategies has been crucial in achieving long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. I collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, crafting customised solutions that align with their business strategies. Balancing client expectations with company capabilities has been an ongoing challenge, it requires clear communication and sometimes difficult conversations to manage expectations realistically. The corporate landscape is ever-changing and staying adaptable has been crucial. Whether it is adapting to innovative technologies, changing market conditions, or evolving client needs, flexibility, and a willingness to learn have been key to my success. My time as a corporate account manager has been immensely rewarding. The blend of strategic planning and relationship management needed in this role has allowed me to grow professionally and personally.

Directing third parties to install and inherit AMR meters as well as resolving any faults that arise on the meters to improve billing accuracy and dial percentage. I have helped create reports and dashboards that help stakeholders understand performance, optimise resource allocation, and improve decision-making. I developed into the subject matter expert on numerous processes on team. Additionally, I volunteered to be the 4e representative for my area to adapt to the 4e work ethic (Lean Six Sigma). I embraced an opportunity to work with the RPA team and create a robot for the AMR missing reads process.
