I have been working as an Admin Assistant for the Technical Director of J Brand Ltd on a part time basis over the last few years. I have been in charge of the director’s calendar, post, call filtering, and meetings. I edit and type documents, I have to have precise data entry when dealing with spreadsheets and figures. I have accompanied him to many sites and meeting to take notes and offer any necessary assistance, advertise new promotions, design and create PowerPoints for promotions and information, organising promotional events. I have invaluable customer relation and customer service experience. I can deal with any and all complaints and ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner by the correct department if I cannot solve the query myself. I liaison with current and potential clients, with welcome packs of my design, to ensure the best customer service and query resolution.

I have been a fitness instructor at the Park Serve gym within Unilever for six months and my responsibilities include administration duties, planning classes, taking classes, gym inductions, and creating training programmes for individuals. My administration duties are to craft and send emails, crafting and printing induction forms, and editing spreadsheets to allow secure card access to areas. The classes that I have planned and taken part in include a mixture of cardio and resistance based training such as total tone and body blast classes. I create training programmes based on each individual person’s needs, abilities, and goals.

My time Tea-Zels has taught me a lot about working in a difficult, fast paced environment where flexibility and patience is key. It has taught me to be able to deal with any person in any situation in a calm, polite and professional way. Within my time I have come to know many regular customers as well as new faces every day and this has helped me to learn how to get to know them in the short window of time we spend together.Throughout the cafe each employee has their own personal duties that they must get on with as well as looking out and supporting the rest of the team. For me this including training across all areas of service such as on the till, waiting tables, kitchen assistant, and front of house. In this time, I have become a valued and dependable employee for all members of staff and our customers.
