I am an experienced water and infrastructure executive who's skills and experience has been built through a deep and hands-on approach of developing, operating and managing some of the most technically and commercially advanced projects in the water industry. I have a demonstrated track record in developing and managing very large long term O&M, DBO and BOOT projects from bid stage through commercial and contract negotiation to establishing operations and ongoing client and contract management.
