My main role is to facilitate growth and improve efficiency in Consilium partner firms, and help them achieve their strategic initiatives. I am also a member of the Consilium investment committee.

As Head of Adviser Services at Bradley Nuttall I was responsible for outsourcing services to advisers across New Zealand. It's was my responsibility to provide excellent client service, to simplify advisers' businesses, enhance growth and improve profitability.

As COO my objectives were to improve profitability by increasing efficiency. During my time as COO, IFA has increased assets by 30%, bringing in up to 100 new accounts per month while we simultaneously decreased operations staff, reduced errors, and sped up key processes.As a technical expert in investing, retirement planning, and operations I was responsible for closing high-net worth private clients and corporate business.Amongst my projects, I designed, created, and marketed a profitable 401(k) and Corporate Retirement Practice. Under my direction IFA doubled its retirement plan assets and more than quadrupled its working ERISA plan leads.

As Assistant to the President it was my main duty to modernize all of IFA's operational infrastructure including our CRM, Rebalancing Software, Digitizing System, and Billing. To do this I hired an IT team and created a new database platform for IFA. As a result IFA grew much more efficient and we reduced errors. For example we reduced billing from a monthly 50 hour job spread across 6 individuals to an 8 hour job with increased transparency and quality control.
