As Head of Adviser Services at Bradley Nuttall I was responsible for outsourcing services to advisers across New Zealand. It's was my responsibility to provide excellent client service, to simplify advisers' businesses, enhance growth and improve profitability.

As COO my objectives were to improve profitability by increasing efficiency. During my time as COO, IFA has increased assets by 30%, bringing in up to 100 new accounts per month while we simultaneously decreased operations staff, reduced errors, and sped up key processes.As a technical expert in investing, retirement planning, and operations I was responsible for closing high-net worth private clients and corporate business.Amongst my projects, I designed, created, and marketed a profitable 401(k) and Corporate Retirement Practice. Under my direction IFA doubled its retirement plan assets and more than quadrupled its working ERISA plan leads.

As Assistant to the President it was my main duty to modernize all of IFA's operational infrastructure including our CRM, Rebalancing Software, Digitizing System, and Billing. To do this I hired an IT team and created a new database platform for IFA. As a result IFA grew much more efficient and we reduced errors. For example we reduced billing from a monthly 50 hour job spread across 6 individuals to an 8 hour job with increased transparency and quality control.

• Created role to oversee and manage top business consultant such as McKinsey, Bain, or Booz Allen in the development of business rationale for developing economic zones in Qatar• Evaluated and scored all proposals in order to achieve highest value for the QEZ• Organized and developed a comprehensive work plan necessary to satisfy the needs of all stake holders in the QEZ and incorporated it into the RFP• Created quality control guidelines and procedures• Performed primary market research to determine industries most likely to succeed in Qatar while offering diversification from oil and gas sectors• Position ended before formal start of business consultant project as my family came back to California for health reasons

• Analyzed energy derivative markets to determine marginal profits produced using various forms of electronic on-line trading in intellectual property case• Managed, wrote, and performed meta-analysis for a top 10 Pharmaceutical company comparing drug efficacy to other therapies in class, used in approval submission to European Drug Agency• Served as chief data analyst and project lead for several promotional analysis optimization projects yielding ROI of 300%. Used range of methods including artificial neural networks, logit, and regression analysis• Engineered optimization algorithm developed in STATA and transferred over to C++ that finds the optimal level of promotional activity given constraining factors such as budget and manufacturing• Served as analytical and project lead on review of insurance claims data related to Bariatric surgery accounting for separate cost factors and leading to acceptance of multi-million dollar client proposal as service provider• Developed and managed econometric models on pharmaceutical sales showing explanatory power of underlying promotional data and performing ROI and AMR analysis

• Supported clients and experts for insurance coverage negotiations and asbestos liability claims litigation for many of the largest asbestos-related bankruptcy cases in history• Developed model of operational insurance coverage for asbestos claims that involved more than $300 million in total available coverage limits• Developed model for estimating the value of underlying asbestos claims that resulted in lower client exposure and liability• Analyzed and submitted rebuttal of expert reports and testimony regarding asbestos claim values that resulted in lowering values by half

• Worked as primary data analyst on largest antitrust case in US history with damages collected at over $1 billion• Built dynamic econometric imputation models of chemical markets that explained prices of compound products based on their hedonic attributes• Re-butted the expert economic reports of PhD economists and prepared council for deposition• Served as data quality expert of transactional relational databases• Designed and implemented translation models that upgraded speed and quality of data reports
