As a Student Ambassador I serve as the face of the student body for the University of Cincinnati. It has been an absolutely fantastic experience giving back to the college while developing leadership skills, a strong sense of community and relationships that will last a lifetime.

As a Student Orientation Leader I'm the first and last person that students interact with during their first day at orientation. Facilitating an efficient, effective and engaging orientation is what I love to do. Finding continuous process improvements to make orientation better and better each time has been exciting and rewarding. I wouldn't trade this.

• Designed and created Tableau dashboards for city officials including the Mayor, City Manager, Police Chief, Fire Chief, and others to facilitate performance improvements during weekly CincyStat meetings

I'm passionate about wireless technology, so when it was time to find a part time job to go along with my full time coursework this was the perfect fit! Thanks to my position at T-Mobile, I was able to pay for my education without incurring any debt. The company culture allowed me to do what I do best: serve customers, close sales and have fun!

In my first role as an outside account manager I developed strong relationships with my clientele in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. Customers counted on me for end to end management of their account from the initial sale throughout the service life of their purchases.

As a store manager for Mattress Firm I grand opened a new concept Mega Clearance Center store in the Cincinnati Market. By working closely with our operational leaders in distribution as well as district and regional sales managers, my store grew at an exceptional rate allowing more customers to save money and sleep happy.

During my time at Best Buy I grand opened the new concept Best Buy Mobile SWAS (store within a store) and helped to grow the overall market share from a fraction of one percent to over five percent. Leading the charge in the name of customer satisfaction and store profitability by leveraging a foundation built on customer promises and delivering a unique.

During my time at The Home Depot I was a regional leader in overall sales revenue as well as key performance indicator attachment rates. Delivering a differentiated shopping experience through a customer focused approach was my strategy at Home Depot. My hard work was recognized with numerous leadership role stretch assignments and additional training.
