My wife and I are serving at Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. We are responsible for the care of 12 high school students who live on campus. We prepare meals, assist with life skills, and ensure they are engaged in school and activities.

I will be finishing my last 6 months of BVS (volunteer service) at Camp Mack. I will be part of the facilities team with an emphasis on special projects. One of these will include designing and building some new playground equipment.

I am currently serving as a Brethren Volunteer in Bethlehem, PA. I am working at the Pantry Coordinator as part of a larger network of services provided to the marginalized people of the Lehigh Valley. My duties include maintaining the stocks of food and preparing them for daily pick up by clients. I am also responsible for driving the box truck to collect donations and weekly food supplies. I manage daily volunteers that come to assist at the pantry.

Project Guide (Mentor) to intern teams through the Center for Civic Innovation.Current projects include assisting Habitat for Humanity, City of South Bend, and local residents.Teams are working to on issues of affordable housing, safer streets, and lead service line mapping.

I taught PLTW Pre-Engineering at Riley High School. I was also the department chair of the Career and Tech Dept. Classes taught were Intro to Engr Design, Principles of Engr, Civil Engr, Digital Electronics, Environmental Engr, and Engr Design(capstone)

Taught classes in AutoCAD Inventor and AutoCAD at Purdue College of Technology in South Bend.
