It helps reduce absences which results in reduced supply costs, as well as centralising all your documentation so you can access things at the touch of a button and because it links to school data systems you have a consistent approach with no more manual inputting of spreadsheets. SAM was specifically developed for the education sector, so reports and tasks are tailored for primary schools, secondary schools and multi-academy trusts. The unique part of SAM is that it's not just software. It comes with the support of an Ask SAM function which is supported by our sister company FusionHR.
