Prosecute criminal aliens who re-entere the United States in violation of the law. As a docket officer managed large docket of (approx. 5000 to 6000) alien cases in removal and court proceeding. Provided written responses to litigation and other procedural matters such as stays of deportation, administrative appeals, response to inquiries, etc. Detention Officer/Immigration Enforcement Agent from 1996 to 2008: Responsible for safe and humane transportation of aliens being removed from the United States. Performed Court duties for hearings as well as other detention facility-related duties as needed, transportation, escorts for medical appointments, transported/escorted aliens around the world,etc.Runner/Organizer for Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup Relay Race for the last 9 years. Served Active duty from 1982 to 1991.Deployed to Beirut, Lebanon as a Team Leader/Squad Leader in 1983 with 1st Fire Team, 1st Squad, 3rd Platoon, Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines Infantry Regiment, 2nd Marine Division. Assigned to Marine Barracks 1st Platoon, Bravo Company, Cubi Point, Subic Bay, Phillipines as a Platoon Sergeant/Section Leader in 1984 - 1986.Deployed to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in 1990 to 1991 as a Squad Leader/Platoon Sergeant with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines Infantry Regiment,1st Marine Division during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Served in the United States Marine Corps Individual Ready Reserve reserved 1991 to 1994.
