Execute College and WGTC Foundation communication including press releases, advertising, publications, promotional items and signage. Manage budget. Assist with special events. Create, design and produce all printed publications for the College and Foundation including admissions literature, student catalog, annual report, signs, flyers, posters, brochures, newsletters, letterhead and envelopes. Maintain and distribute stock of letterhead and envelopes. Write press releases and media alerts. Supply media with story ideas and photography. Serve as first point of contact for the press. Serve as Public Information Officer for the College Police Department. Purchase and design all advertising for the College, including print, web and radio. Assist with special event planning. Support special events with press coverage, photography and signage. Design and purchase promotional items for the College and WGTC Foundation. Maintain and distribute stock of items. Manage and track College marketing budget with help from support staff. Create and maintain College marketing plan.
